Explore our curated list of properties. Each listing provides comprehensive details, including starting prices, unit layouts (floor plans and walkthroughs), amenities, and exact vicinity maps. Take note of the unit type and property group that catches your eye.
Once you’ve found a property you love, it’s time to take the next step. You can click the "Book a Visit" button floating on the bottom right of any property page, which will take you directly to our Contact Us page.
On the Contact page, provide your basic details so we know how to reach you:
Sit back and relax! After submitting your form, a dedicated Mycollex real estate agent will review your inquiry and reach out to you directly (usually within 24-48 hours). They will answer any immediate questions, guide you through the available inventory, and schedule a site tripping or showroom tour if requested.
Once you have decided on the exact unit with your agent, you will formally block it off from the market by paying the Reservation Fee. Your agent will provide you with the official payment channels and the list of initial requirements (such as valid IDs and proof of income) needed to draft your purchase documents.
